Yes! Our Service Department offers a range of planned maintenance agreements which can be tailored to meet an individual clients needs. A dedicated maintenance manager can provide advice on the most appropriate agreement depending on the type and age of your equipment and pattern of use.

You will be provided with an agreement coordinator who is responsible for client liaison, scheduling visits, the allocation of a specialist engineer and the administration of the agreement. We currently provide planned maintenance agreements to a range of Hotels, Restaurants, Corporate Organisations, Elderly Care Homes and Schools.

Incoming calls for a one off repair services are handled by our experienced staff who will allocate a suitably qualified engineer to attend your site at the earliest opportunity or a convenient time to suit your needs.

We can support a vast amount of equipment from gas ovens to electric fryers, deep cleans and extraction ventilation. Our services include dishwashers, glass washers, water boilers, coffee machines and refrigeration.
